Broccoli tart

1 head of broccoli, grated
1 onion
3 eggs
100 g grated cheese
1 Noly tart base
Cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar (to garnish)

Preparation

Sauté the onion in a frying pan until translucent. Add the grated broccoli and cook for a few minutes with the onion. In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the grated cheese. Fold in the cooked vegetables. Pour the mixture onto a Noly tart base. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes, until golden brown. To finish: garnish with cherry tomatoes and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
