A classic that never disappoints: simple, tasty and with that homely touch we love.
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 bell pepper (red or green)
4 aubergines
4 eggs
Shredded cheese (as much as you like, approx. 100 g)
1 tablespoon of oat bran
Olive oil (as required)
Salt (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
1 Noly tart base
1. Chop a medium onion, a carrot and a bell pepper to sauté in a frying pan. 2. Add salt and a dash of olive oil. 3. Slice 4 aubergines and sauté them with the rest of the ingredients. 4. Place your Noly pastry sheet in the tin and sprinkle oat bran over the pastry. 5. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add shredded cheese and mix, then add the filling; 6. Pour everything into the tin, sprinkle with a little oregano and into the oven!
